The Cookery Gourmet Catering is one of the few caterers in the country that specializes in Moroccan food. Its owner, Michelle Tomacruz, is also the chef of The Cookery Gourmet. She went to Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School (now known as the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). Preparing sumptuous meals since 1996, she has also cooked for the Prince of Morocco. The Cookery Gourmet Catering is sought-after for its Angus meatballs. However, Michelle has always been busy preparing her other popular meals like Iberian chicken and baked lapu-lapu in queso de bola cream. The catering business offers party trays of these famous dishes, starting from Php1,500.
